Hi Guys,
Do you feel the holiday spirit yet? I do… it’s an impeccable 2007 Sauterne. Just kidding.
I was so impatient towards the end of last month to decorate that I could barely wait for December 1st to come around the corner.
During this time of year I feel like a little kid – the snow, the smell of cinnamon and decorating the Christmas tree are some of my favourite things about December. Ski season opening is certainly somewhere towards the top of the list too, although that’s not looking good so far…
December has so much charm and warmth (despite the negative temperatures) innately, that it’s difficult to miss it. And I’ll admit something: I am a major sucker for those classic Christmas jingles. Total guilty pleasure. On repeat all day.
December also knows how to make us slow down and really stay in the moment. Hopefully with you guys it's hot chocolate and family board games, and less temperature and that long bout of the flu.
